"I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. The front desk clerk was obviously overwhelmed with all the guests, but she was surprisingly attentive...

"The room was clean but there is only hand soap, no other soaps offered (you have to buy them from the vending machine by the office). We had a non smoking room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The staff was decent, they probably deal with nasty people so they seemed to have little patience for anyone. There is NO breakfast, just coffee and tea. We only had 2 towels (with hair rolled into them) in our room upon arrival with 4 people checking in. I had to request towels and was given blue...
