"Our stay at Plaza Inn was wonderful! It is a great property and perfectly located to walk to the Shakespeare theatre, all the amazing shops and great restaurants. The staff are super helpful also. I would stay here again!!!"

"Our first stay. We found the property well-located for activities in downtown Ashland with adequate safe parking. The staff was available without being intrusive. Ryan was particularly helpful. Our room was quiet, clean and furnished as advertised, no surprises. One of the most organized and comfortable (included) breakfast options we've had– simple, but with a nice range of options and, again, clean. The grounds are well-maintained and there is easy on/off I-5 access. (one note: the property has no elevator, so if this is a concern, would recommend contacting the desk in advance for assistance in planning)"

"Our room was not ready when we arrived but, the front desk found us another so we could check in right away. We also liked the bar on premise that offered more than just alcohol; although it did not open until 5PM. Check out was easy."

"Our stay was fine for staying 1 night before a flight. The room was nice (freezing when we arrived, however) because we always appreciate an extra seat or sofa in our rooms and the small kitchenette was great-with a full size fridge. They weren't offering any type of breakfast at this point but I think it's coming since taking over as a Best Western affiliated hotel."

"The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back window is especially beautiful at night with the view of the hills and and the towns city lights coming to life. The bed was extremely comfortable. There is a full kitchen inside fully equipped...I would recommend adding an ice cream scoop. The TV which we did not use hardly at all had every option including music options. We enjoyed walking around the pond watching the swans. This venue hosts party's, weddings and local food/wine events with live music. Plenty of places to relax and unwind while enjoying good food, charcuterie boards, music and wine. Special mention to Rory and his wife Agga who made our stay very comfortable and unforgettable; just an adorable couple who works hard and always greets you with a smile. We would highly recommend if you are wanting something unique to get away from the hotel vibe. Thank Paschal for a wonderful experience."
