we really enjoyed out time here. Peaceful area with breath taking alpine environment. Comfortable and warm, a home away from home. My service dog loved the ability to go outside and sniff and my wife liked being able to cook her own meals. Fantastic communication from the hosts, always making sure you had everything you needed.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Pether Cottage in Talbingo. This was our first visit to Talbingo, and my wife and children were very excited to spend their school holidays there. We booked Pether Cottage for three nights, from 12 July to 15 July. We arrived at approximately 11:30 pm on 12 July. Upon arrival, we were shocked and extremely disappointed. The cottage looked nothing like the photos shown on the Expedia website. The actual condition of the property was completely different from what was advertised. The cottage appeared old, run-down, and poorly maintained. There was inadequate lighting, a strong unpleasant smell, and the property looked dirty and unliveable. The overall appearance was like a haunted house, which frightened my children, and they were scared to stay there. As it was very late at night, we had no other option but to stay for that night. The following morning, we immediately arranged alternative accommodation so that we could continue our family holiday in a safe and comfortable place. This experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. We have travelled and stayed in many different accommodations over the years, but we have never experienced anything like this before. I have taken many photos of the cottage, which clearly show its actual condition and how different it was from the advertised listing. I am very unhappy with this experience and believe the accommodation was misrepresented.

Many beds Suits large family however only one bathroom It has 3 air conditioners which were left on all the time which keeps the house warm throughout
