"Obwohl über exedia gebucht und bezahlt, musste ich vor Ort noch mal komplett bar bezahlen. Das Hotel wusste nichts von einer Buchung und Bezahlug. Auch die Hotline bzw der chat mit Expedia war alles andere als hilfreich. Keine Unterstützung, der Chat wurde irgendwann einfach beendet. Mein Resultat daraus: NIE MEHR WIEDER MIT EXPEDIA BUCHEN!!!!!!!"

"The hotel is near to the MRT so it is easy to get a transportation and go to Chinatown. However there is no amenities. I had difficulty to get water in the room. I went to the lobby but was told that the maid would need to give me water. I had waited for at least an hour but no one knocked the door. I came back again to the lobby, got apology but no water until I checked out. I unfortunately forgot my swimming goggles and cap so I came back to look for them (seriously without the hope). Was...
