"The hotel is in a great location and offers a generous breakfast spread. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Although the bathroom was a bit dated, everything worked fine and it didn't affect our stay at all. A special shout-out to the front desk staff—they were incredibly friendly and professional, which really elevated our overall experience."

"This was the perfect onsen for us! Sleek, modern room with everything we needed, gorgeous view of a lake with hills reflected in it. Staff was very good. Japanese cuisine--Shabu shabu (we got fish and beef) was great, so was breakfast. Lots of regional specialties. The hot springs water is really lovely. The pool is only knee deep, but neato, sauna was nice. They really thought of everything! Close to station and a 15 minute train to Kami Arita for pottery shopping. Should have stayed longer."
