"Tokyu stay Kanazawa is a very nice hotel for the money. The rooms are a good size and the staff are very professional. The best thing is the washing machine/dryer in the room. I was able to get washing all up to date which is a luxury when travelling for many months. The hotel is close to all Kanazawas gardens, the castle park and food market and is also on the bus routes to get around town."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Vischio in Toyama. The property is conveniently located in the Maroot shopping and dining building, just a two-minute walk from the JR line. Our room was spacious, clean, and accommodating. We especially appreciated the TV's mirroring options, which allowed us to stream content from our tablet. The property also offers excellent amenities, including breakfast, a washer/dryer, and a guest-only public bath. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. This was our third time staying at Hotel Vischio in Toyama, and we continue to love the property's cleanliness, amenities, and service. We look forward to our future stays."

"着いた際にマネージャー？の方などお手伝いしますよーと言ってとてもいい感じでしたが到着した夜も出発の際の朝も若いスタッフがとても不親切/無愛想で何が不満なわからず(カートをわたす時に一言も言わなかったり手伝ってもらえますかと言って表にでてきたわりにいやそうに立ったままだったり)とても不愉快でした。荷物などが多く手が足りず困っていたのでお願いしましたが手伝うなら気持ちよく対応し、そう言ったことはしないのなら「申し訳ありません対応できかねます」ときちんと伝えるなどしてほしいです。スタッフ一同、対応統一して欲しいです。それ以外はホテル施設やお風呂など全く問題がない、素晴らしい滞在でした。"
