The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel interior is well designed and built with attention on little details. Serve very good Japanese breakfast. "Clean and spacious room. It kinda expensive in ski season, but still the best choice at Zao, Yamagata. Smoking room is near the lobby, which is a really bad design, you can smell the stinks every time before taking the elevator. Overall, a great place to stay."
