The lobby looks very clean and nice, but when we went up to the floor our room was on, it felt like the elevator had transported us somewhere else. It was very industrial and cold. The rooms are very basic. Not super comfortable, but fine. I might stay here again because the location is so convenient, but I'd be better prepared for what to expect."

"Beautiful and very clean property with a great location, near both the Shinkansen but also the Sanyo-Himeji line. Near lots of shops and restaurants, Lawson’s attached to the building, and a shopping mall very close by. The hotel restaurant was amazing and the included breakfast was nice as well. Rooms are a very good size for 2 with lots of luggage. Will stay again!"

Onsen superb, best we have had in many hotels. 3 baths, 3 tubs, sauna, mist room and cold plunge pool. 9am closure for maintenance could be moved to 11am so guests could use it before going out. Good location and courtesy bus to and from Himeji station great, if you spot it... maybe mention it in ads? Room spotless, amenities first class, we enjoyed our stay."
