"Absolutely wonderful place to stop on the way to Koyasan. I will admit when I showed up at the inn I was later than expected, had walked many miles, and was in quite a bad mood. The welcome I received changed all of that. They took me straight to my room and gave me tea and treated me like I was part of their family. I had the best meal of my time in Japan at this inn. "We were surprised with the newly renovated hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly. When I told him we could not catch the next morning train back to Shin-Osaka with their regular shuttle service, he offered to help us to book taxi and printed out train schedule with platform on/off outlined. View from our corner room 456 was stunning. We booked fish dinner which was good, breakfast was a bit boring Japanese rice but they provide enough coffee for coffee addict ;-)"

"The hotel is part of the group and we are allowed to access the onsen in other hotels of the group. It is very fruitful to try all different onsen. All the hotels of the group are connected with pathway. One good point is that this hotels allow to choose yukata pattern. The staff is very nice and helpful. The stay is value for the money."

"Great location to Universal Studios Japan. If you want an inexpensive option for the area this was great. Room was not overly clean they could do a much better job on that end. Limited personal hours at front desk. Do not show up early as no one there until 4pm to check you in. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to universal which is what makes it great"

The host left instructions on how to use the bath (pre-fill option was great) and other tips for the city.
