"First night had room 423- very small, not updated and noisy as right next to the lift. The staff kindly moved me the next day and were very helpful. It’s a great place to stay, close to the centre, buses and metro. Very friendly staff working in all aspects of the hotel. I would book again… but not if room 423!"

"The hotel staff are entirely professional & most are at least bilingual in english & spanish - my strong recommendation for english speakers is to acquire a bit of spanish before arriving, it'll go a long way towards everyone's comfort level. This hotel is in an area near several popular plazas & the Alhambra complex, but amazingly it's VERY quiet after 10 PM. Their 4th floor terrace restaurant is excellent & you can take out items from there to your room. This hotel is a definite 4.5 star...

Great location and walking distance from the Alhambra and restaurants and shops. We added on breakfast both mornings of our stay and they have a great assortment of things. "The owners were very kind and helpful. It is a wonderful location just a few minutes from the Distrito Centro. The hotel is quaint with a wonderful 3rd floor patio overlooking the area. It is not a hotel for anyone with mobility issues because of the stairs and lack of an elevator. The room was comfortable and eco-friendly."

"The "suits" had an average size. The cleaning was shocking. There were a lot of hairs in the shower when we arrived and they don't clean,change the towels or empty the bin unless you ask. Location is good"
