The room was extremely humid. The dehumidifier was full twice every day. The elevator area was bluish dark and there was a small slope when you got to the room. It is kind of challenging to the visitors.

台北駅から徒歩5分の立地の良いところですが、中心街に近いため施設周りの道路がうるさい時もあります。 駅近くのホテルのため、周りには飲食店やコンビニも沢山あり利便性は高いと思います。

服務管理不好，整體這個水準價錢偏貴，房間很少，隔音不好。我付的是15平方米的房間，我上到房覺得不對，房間跟圖片不一樣。 這個價錢可以住管理比較好及大的房間。 不會再住。亦不會介紹朋友入住。

Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean, efficiently designed. The bed was excellent—always a pleasant surprise in a hotel. The desk was simple, but very useful. Suggestion: two rolls of toilet paper instead of just one, and something to put luggage on in the closet space.

地點非常方便，對面就是新光三越，行去台北火車站幾分鐘。 唯一缺點係電梯大堂非常黑暗，老人家要特別小心。
