For the price, this room was great. Very large bed, lots of space in the room. Bathroom had Jacuzzi, although I could not figure out how to get the jets to work. The bed was comfortable and everything was of high-quality. The staff, despite having limited English ability, were very helpful and handled all my requests. The only thing I would comment on, is perhaps the wallpaper and carpets could do with being replaced. They were both clean, but there were some noticeable stains from previous guests and in some areas the wallpaper had started to debond. Location wise, the hotel is great. Right outside the Metro station as the name would suggest, with lots of restaurants and shops in close proximity. Overall, I had a great stay and would strongly consider going to this hotel in the future. Thanks!

This hotel is steps away from the Fuzhong MRT station. While this is a little older of a hotel, the staff was nice and always greeted you. I think this well suited for solo travelers as well as business travelers.

While the room facilities may not be luxurious, the stay is pleasant. It's conveniently located near the MRT station, and there's a convenience store right across from the hotel, so you don't have to worry about food when hungry. It's a pity that breakfast is not included when booking online, but overall, it's not bad. I would consider staying here again next time!

I like the front desk service. They helped us in check-in and especially to keep our luggage after check-out. The only thing was the room a little cool. I guessed this was due to the climate change in fall. The location is quite good - almost mid-way between downtown and Taoyuan Airport. The Fuzhong MRT station is only 1or 2 minutes walking and about 30 minutes to 1 hour to anywhere in Taipei.

Since this was my first trip to Taiwan, I chose this hotel as it had convenient transportation and was reasonably priced. 　 The staff is very cheerful and kind, and the equipment is a little old, but it's not a problem. I heard that some hotels in Taiwan don't allow you to flush toilet paper, but here you can. The only disappointing thing was that there was no bathtub. The thing I would most recommend about this hotel is its convenient transportation. First of all, this hotel is located a few minutes walk from Fuzhong Station, and there is a convenience store right in front of it. It takes about 15 minutes from Taipei Main Station to Fuzhong on the MRT Bannan Line. The first bus stop for Jiufen (No.965) is nearby, and the neighboring Banqiao Station and Banqiao Bus Station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot, so it's convenient for taking the bus (No.1962) to Taoyuan International Airport. There are many local food shops around this hotel and Fuzhong Station, and there is also a "Nanya night market" nearby, so you can have plenty of fun without having to go to other areas. However, it is a very prosperous city, so if the local food doesn't suit your tastes, there are plenty of other options. If you're looking for reasonably priced souvenirs, Carrefour (open 24 hours) is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Also, if you go to Banqiao, you will find department stores such as "Mega City"and "Far East",where you can buy more high-end goods.
