"Everything is great in the room and house keeping staff is extremely professional and detailed oriented. The only complain is the smell of the lobby, not sure if that's because of the poor ventilation in the smoking room, but every time when you enter the lobby/ front desk area, you can clearly smells the cigarettes. I hope they can work on this matters in order to provide better experience to client."

"Lovely hotel. Staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. Good location, right next to the 101. The Italian restaraunt was great, and the bar was also really nice. Most comfortable bed in 6 weeks of travelling around Taiwan and Korea."
