"It really was a beautiful and charming medieval property, but with all the modern comforts. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe. "This was our second stay. The location is excellent. It is in the midst of one of the most beautiful wine villages in France. It affords you the chance to hike to three nearby chateaus (ruins). It is very quiet and peaceful. Great food all around, and great wine, too. "
