"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

Besonders hervorzuheben war die persönliche Betreuung durch die Mitarbeiterin der Agentur, die täglich für uns ansprechbar war und sich um unser Wohlergehen bemüht hat. "Die Fotos sehr gut in Szene gesetzt. Ausblicke auf einen See haben wir nicht gehabt...! Man hat auch nicht das große Grundstück für sich alleine. Grundstück sehr versteckt, angrenzend an einer Fabrik. Ganz enge Einfahrt. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Kleinbus dort lang zu kommen. Man muss alles mit dem Auto erledigen, fußläufig überhaupt nicht möglich! Sehr schlechtes WLAN(unsere Kinder finden das schrecklich) Keine Waschmaschine und sämtliche anderen Sachen die vermerkt waren, haben wir bis...

"The villa and its facilities far exceeded expectations, it is so much more beautiful in person and the setting is idyllic. The walk back up the hill from the small marina area is not too difficult but well worth it for the views of the lake and the waterside restaurants. "

"The Villa has an extraordinary View of the Lake where you can gaze upon, during the day as well as nights. The kitchen has everything one needs and the rooms and bathrooms we're spacious and clean. We were there as a group with 2 Kids. For the Kids are toys to play with. Just down the road is a Restaurant that is very nice. Great place to stay!"
