"A very nice hotel in a convenient location for Dunedin CBD. The Whittaker's Chocolate was a nice touch as hotels and motels don't seem to leave a cookie or chocolate for guests anymore. The bee was very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The toilet was a bit noisy after flushing but it's no big deal, unless you go to the bathroom in the night. It can be a bit irritating. Internet was good, and plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, and towels. Thank you for realising women need more than one towel :) "

Did not book breakfast but owner was accommodating and flexible and added it. Good continental breakfast, good choices. Liked the heated towel rung in bathroom. "
