The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more pleasant. My room was spacious with a decent design that felt comfortable and welcoming. "My first room had visible black mold, including areas where the mold had been covered by wall paper. It smelled horribly but having arrived from the US I was too exhausted to ask for a new room the first night. I was politely moved to a different room the next day & supplied with a dehumidifier. It was an improvement but even running constantly it was never less than 65% humidity & musty smell. Despite the kindness of the staff, I wouldn’t recommend because of the issues with mold & mildew."

"Excellent location. Room was spacious and mostly updated (except for the carpet). Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty decent for a Taiwanese hotel breakfast standards. Parking entrance is separate around the block, but it does connect with the hotel elevator. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend and come back. "

"I am always happy with the treatment I received from the staff, the room quality is great, and I love the breakfast. Location is awesome to with it being close to the train station and many other spots I like to visit. I have stayed with this hotel every time I come to Taichung and will continue to stay there on up coming trips."

"A clean and comfortable stay. The capsule-style rooms are very tidy, and I was able to fully relax and wash off the day’s sweat in the clean showers. Since guests take off their shoes at the entrance and switch to slippers, the entire facility—including the bathrooms and rooms—is kept spotless. For cyclists: There is a bicycle parking spot outside. Although the staff kindly offered to let me park my bike inside, the area felt very safe, so I left it outside and had no issues at all. "
