"Good location and great shopping district."

"The room and bathroom were excellent. I never mentioned toilet in all my previous reviews, but the bidet toilet in our room was great to use and had all the widgets you can dream of. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The selection was huge and the foods were tasty. Just don't go there during public holidays as it will be very crowded, like what we had experienced. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well. In general, it is a good and luxurious hotel."

"Overall an excellent experience. Was worried about the road noise as it was quite close to major roads, but at night I had no issue falling asleep. Front desk helped me when I had an issue. Bell hop also very friendly. Parking garage is tight but not out of the ordinary in Taiwan. Breakfast was excellent, it really jump started my day with plenty of protein, veggies/fruits, and beverages. The room smells a bit like cigarette smoke, but after a while of running the AC, it mostly went unnoticeable. Can walk to a nice mall within 15 minutes, where there are nice eateries and a movie theatre. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was out of expectation because it was very spacious with a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! It was definitely great value for money! I would book this hotel again next time I come to Taichung!"
