"Everything was great. The staff is very friendly. Location is great. Lots to see, shop and eat. The only regret was their dry clean service. I had one of my silk pant sent for dry clean. The form was marked for dry clean. The pant was washed instead as you can smell the detergent. The laundering shrank the pants, washed out the color. The staff obviously was not able to do anything except refund the dry clean portion of the bill. It was one of my favorite go to travel pants. Perfect for HK s hot & humid weather. This was a nuisance as I have 3 more weeks in Asia and count on wearing & cleaning the pants as I pack light. Oh well. "

"We chose BP for the reasonable price and convenient location but it was so much better than we expected. Housekeeping responded to requests for extra blanket or ice quickly and always with a smile. The room was tight for 3 people but just based on the excellent service, it was so worth it."

"This hotel is very convenient because it’s connected to the airport via a covered walkway that only took about 5 minutes to get there. I had a 11-hour layover, so it was perfect. The place was impeccable! Everything was super clean, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future. ! "
