"Staff were helpful and accommodating. Truly. I booked on the wrong day but they amended things without fuss. I was out til 3am and had no trouble getting in and getting an extra blanket. I got good advice about buying luggage and they stored my baggage whilst I did this"

"They used fake room pictures. The actual room looked very old. The room was way too small. The bed sheet had several large areas of stains. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. However, the price was low and the location was convenient."
