"The Regala Hotel was not bad but not worth the price. While the staff was excellent, the room was small with a poor design. The outdoor pool got no sun. The food was not good. The worst thing was that you had to take a bus to get to any restaurant or shopping and the subway to get anywhere else. There was no connected mall to the hotel. It wasn't built yet. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice of options to suit everyone. The complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall was a great bonus, along with convenient links to the MTR and the airport shuttle, making getting around easy. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would happily recommend this hotel and would...

"This was my fourth stay here. The location is convenient for visiting Disney, shopping, and dining, and the staff were very kind—I had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again. I have one question: as an Expedia Platinum member, am I not eligible for "VIP Access" benefits?"

"Very clean and tidy and close to Hong Kong Disney with a shuttle offered which was great"

"Nice and spacey room with great swimming pool and a lot of facilities. Great dinner and breakfast."

"Hotel was great and as advertised. Only thing was that my “city view” room (which cost extra) was internal and overlooking an internal kids courtyard with no view at all. Of anything."

"Location is good."
