*THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE* This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with local neighbors on either side. Noise travels easily and echoes from the hot tub deck. The short-term rental ordinance must be followed by all guests. No music or hanging out outside is allowed after 9 pm, and all cars must fit in the garage or driveway (3 cars max, this is strict). Please help us keep this home a short-term rental by only booking if you can follow these rules. Thank you!

There is no AC in Tahoe. To keep the property cool, open the windows and sliders at night to let cool air in, then close the windows, doors and blinds when you leave for the day.

For example, weather and harsh conditions have knocked out Wifi and the power before. While these instances are rare, we please ask that you be patient as these are things that we unfortunately cannot control. While we will try to accommodate all requests, we handle refunds for situations like this (power outages, appliances breaking, etc.) on a case-by-case basis.
