Step outside to your large furnished deck for morning coffee and evening grilling on the 2025 Weber gas grill. Soak in the private hot tub under the stars. When the weather turns, gather around the wood-burning gas fireplace in a living room designed for long, lazy nights together. The living room hosts a 46-inch Sony LCD with Apple TV.

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking with All-Clad cookware, an espresso machine, a gas stove with double oven, a well-stocked spice collection, and a breakfast bar that keeps the cook in good company. The dining room table seats up to 10.

The Dollar Point facilities (pool, beach, and tennis courts) are NOT available to short-term renters. Skylandia Beach is a 4-minute drive or 12-minute walk from the house, though. It has a pier, picnic tables, bathrooms, running water, a sandy beach, and is free!

This home is suitable for up to 8 adults and up to 6 children, for a total of 10 people.

Just minutes from the home, there is outstanding bicycling on miles of paved bike trails that are separated from the roads. These trails traverse the West Shore to Rubicon Bay, and to Palisades and Alpine Meadows. There are also miles of mountain biking trails close by.

The ski areas of Palisades and Alpine Meadows are 12-15 minutes away. Northstar is about 20 minutes away.

VRBO populates the cancellation policy. We would like to add that if a cancellation occurs within the two-week window before arrival, we will refund 100% if we can rent the house at the same rate or higher for the canceled dates. If it rents for less, we will refund whatever that amount is.
VRBO's "highlights" incorrectly state "Guests love the beautiful lakefront location." I have complained about this because it simply is not true. Please disregard this false statement of theirs.
