"The hotel itself is nice but and the rooms are clean but they need upgrades, especially in the bathrooms. What was really disappointing what the quality of the food. We had dinner at the hotel arrived, and the food was terrible and the prices were outrageous. Not recommended at all the service at the restaurant was also not great considering there was nobody in the restaurant, my son had to go over to get their attention to have a water refill. For the price of the room, you can definitely get a nicer place in Merida with a delicious breakfast included in the price."

Mi habitación (108) estaba justo enfrente de la puerta de servicio y por ende fue muy ruidosa, en las mañanas te despertaba el staff de limpieza con el ruido de los radios, sus propios celulares, y ellos mismos platicando. "Cleaned, confortable bed and spacious room but tiny bathroom; there was not ventilation in our bathroom and no window at all. The swimming pool is so small that worth have it spotless at all times. For breakfast there is not much variety and no way to substitute the black fried beans. Could be very creative with an assortment of fresh fruits, yogurt, cheeses, Deli Meats and bread. Parking is by Nextdoor, on your own risk, no security guard but didn’t feel any threats at all. Staff always friendly and courteous."
