LUXE In Venice - The Venice Residences

"Everything about our stay was excellent! The room is very clean and smelled fresh and clean, too. Sheets and towels were 5-star in quality. It's equipped with new bath robes and spa slippers. I would have given 5 stars but held one due to a water heater issue. Shower is inconsistent with water heating. It doesn't stay heated, hence changes to cold in the middle of showering. A few clothes hangers would be helpful in hanging our formal clothes. There aren't any."

"I had to extend my trip for 1 night and decided to upgrade my room to a studio w a kitchenette and washer/dryer. The room was larger but the bathroom was much smaller. The telephone was non-functional, kitchenette needed repairs. The location of the room was suitable for me bc I’m a very light sleeper- on the 19th floor not facing the street."

"This is our second time staying on this property and it still does not disappoint. Staff is great, room is awesome and the breakfast is very good. It is also very convenient to all shopping and restaurants. We had our 2 nieces with us and they had a blast exploring the area. Highly recommended for anyone planning to stay in Manila/Makati either for pleasure or business."

"Location is very convenient and the host is very easy to contact/ communicate with. But if I could suggest something it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel and hand towel to use in the unit.The only issue that we had was the elevator service ( there was only two elevators that is functioning for our two week stay, which is very problematic for such a big/ tall building and there’s no rump if you’re carrying a big bag, other than that I would say it was a nice experience."
