"Great location .. right in the heart of the city.."

"夜にチェックインしたのですが 部屋の準備（清掃、ベッドメイキングなど）ができておらず、移動で疲れているのに、1時間近く待たされました。"

"Extremely convenient location near train station & bus lines. Rooms are refurbished with new furniture & fresh paint & well-working AC & wifi. The elevator is very convenient for luggage. Desk is fully staffed all day but English & ability to deal with online bookings take some time & effort. Bring screenshots of online bookings for best results."

"Worth the money I paid but outdated interior. The hotel desperately needs a makeover but has massive potential. Ideally located in the middle of new market so sky’s the limit for this hidden gem of a hotel"

"Staff are very good. I ask for extra time to checkout and they give me extra time to checkout just for 800 rupees. thank you. Shopping center 10 min walk. "

"Ok Ok...Value for money"

"Not clean"

"Dont trust the pictures"

"There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare! Nobody cared enough to think about how I will get in. "The hotel location is not correct in Expedia. I booked it because it showed the location fairly place, BBD downtown Kolkata. It turns out the hotel is in another town, 1h outside Kolkata. It is a deceitful advertisement on Expedia page. The hotel is located off a busy road with little to no amenities around. The owner (or manager) first offered me to stay as a guest and the day after was adamant on not refunding my booking. Terrible experience if you are a foreigner. "
