We got upgraded to a bungalow. A bungalow is a must to have to experience the beautiful scenery while relaxing on your hammock. We spent most of our time at the hotels amazing beach setup having a relaxing beach vacation. All the staff was amazing and attentive cause it’s not those huge resorts so making it feel more personable . Taghazout is a beautiful peaceful quite happy clean chill surfing vibe town with soft golden sand. 6 min walk on boardwalk to the town which was nice chill beach surfer vibes and safe and clean. See you soon

Stunning resort and location

Wow what a beaituful resort and a great location. From check in, everything was amazing including an upgrade to a bungalow. Right on a sandy beach, the beach bar was memorable watching the stunning moroccan sunset. Surfing was great too.

The hotel provided a pleasant stay with a very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to find solutions. Zakaria at the reception was particularly outstanding, always answering our questions with a smile. However, the beds were not very comfortable, which was a downside for me. On the bright side, the rooms were clean and quiet, and the kids were happy and satisfied with our stay.

The location is excellent - near Taghzout village and surf beach. However, the food is not very good (it made me quite ill on one occasion) and the noise is awful. The hotel runs a rave in the hotel premises every Saturday night until 2:30am. The music is deafening even in the rooms and it is impossible to sleep. It is like being in a sleep deprivation environment at Guantánamo bay rather than a 4 star family beachside hotel. Do not go unless you are prepared for a sleepless night caused by terrible rave music (I like dance music but this was really bad) that makes you feel like murdering the hotel staff the following morning.

The Radison was a nice environment to be in and lots of facilities however for the price you pay and the standard of food was awful. Both the breakfast and the buffet for an evening meal were below par for a hotel of that standard.

Lovely hotel with superb staff. We stayed in a bungalow. Simple, but plenty of space. Large terrace with table, chairs and hammock. Pool area well kept with plenty of loungers and parasols. Good food. Stylish outdoor bar. All the staff were brilliant and we were very well looked after. Highly recommended.

It was a great location to meet and spend the day with our team. The staff was responsive to our needs. The floors creaked a lot, and seemed poorly installed. But other than this we were comfortable.

Well below expectations - disappointed

A world class hotel at a prime location but very disappointing experience at Check in. Room 2 - We arrived for 1 night only therefore, time for us was important. The door locking system was broken upon check in . Wasted an hour the family to wait around in the lobby and in our other room for the staff to fix the issue. When finally gained access the room hadn't been prepared for x3 people. Lots of amenities were missing that were not provided despite reporting to the reception. Room 2 - small issue with the safe. It had to be fixed and swapped over but issue persisted for a while until total resolution. Not ideal for a family as the discotheque went on till 4 am and couldnt sleep. Lots of stray dogs around which was scary. Below satisfactory service and guest care. No goodwill gesture or compensation was offered despite the inconveniences. Will not stay again.
