"It’s an older hotel with great staff service. On this last experience, construction was being done in the bldg and my initial assigned room had a very bad smell of adhesive. I was moved to another room and the AC was non stop and humid, staff provided me a box fan. The room I was assigned 1235 by the elevators was not a good room. You could also hear elevator noise all night."

"This hotel had one of the best breakfasts no doubt. Location-good, staff-friendly. Although the assigned room was a little dirty at first but upon request, they changed the room right away. Maybe I’ll take the same hotel when I am in the area next time."

"Out of all the hotel brands Ive stayed at, Best Western always has the friendliest and most helpful staff! They have great locations as well, I guess because they've been around for so long. 11th floor has a breakfast and a lounge- both with 360 views! I really enjoyed my stay here, and pretty sure every room can see the water!"

"The rooms were nice & big & the beds were extremely comfortable to our surprise! The rooms cooled down very well & were never stuffy throughout the night. Water pressure in the shower was great as well. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked well maintained & plenty of seating & shade We unfortunately slept through breakfast as well lol. We LOVED the central location of this hotel as well!!!"
