"The drain didn’t work well"

"Hotel staff helped me for parking when arrived and also departing. Small gesture but very warm and kind!"

"👍 good"

"The hotel room had a distinctive moldy smell which we had to air out when we checked in. Check in process was unique as you have to self checkin on a kiosk machine. We wanted to ask if ee can change out the room but there were no staff on site."

"Good"

"Such a wonderful stay! The staff were great, the room was nice and clean and the added extra amenities in the lobber were a pleasant surprise. The location cannot be beat, right in the heart of the downtown area with plenty of places to walk to.

"It’s all self check in by computer. No humans didn’t like that."

"The staff is wonderful and very caring. Property location is desirable to many shops and restaurants, to include businesses. Enjoyable stay. V/r Mr. J. Herbert"
