"Stayed for two nights for work. Room is comfy enough however I and an issue with a blocked sink which should have been noticed as they left the sink In the bathroom dirty."

"Lovely hotel. Our room was a family room and really spacious. The beds were really comfortable. The room was clean. Good location as we were going to the motor show. The car parking is quite expensive. It’s now an independent company that run it."

"Cleaning staff, were lovely and very helpful only thing was certain Staines on walls in bathroom could do with a re paint in places, really as cleaning isn’t cutting it. But is overall clean. otherwise fantastic hotel and staff are wonderful and helpful. food is great quality, and all staff go above and beyond. Even pool staff. It has a lovely pool and spa and sauna. We had a lovely time and would be back again this was our second visit ;)"

"Excellent breakfast. Air conditioning was very much appreciated during heat spell. Bar staff regularly and kindly gave my wife ice for her water. Parking sometimes a challenge but we always found a spot. Enjoyed our stay very much."

"We received a warm welcome and enjoyed a super Sunday lunch. Our room was in excellent condition for our overnight stay and we enjoyed a good breakfast. Overall a lovely chilled stay in a quiet pretty village on the River Thames. Would we return? …. Certainly."
