"Overall clean but found a sock from prev guest. Dust, mold around windows, but disappointed. Found a wonderful izakaya 5min walking distance. 7-11 on the way to go which was convenient. Tiny diners in front of the building which we didn’t try but look good. Kabab track, too. "

"部屋の中は一見綺麗そうに見えますがベッドの下には雪見だいふくのゴミが落ちてました。それからベッドフレームの充電器が置けるスペースには使用済みの割り箸が4本置いてありました。枕にも汚れが付いていたのでお客さんごとに変えてるのか謎です。そしてクラブハウス？が近くにあるのか夜中にも若者の大きい声が響いており治安も悪い。6人泊まれるのは良いですが神経質な人は無理かな。またここに泊まろうとは思いません。"

"作りの古さはあるとはいえ、それを補って余りあるリフォームの手際。ロケーション（大通りがすぐ近く、線路も比較的近く）ということによる音、ほぼ板一枚ガラス一枚で外の歩道と接していることによる朝の通勤時人々が行き交う音や話し声といった事を気にするかどうかが意見の分かれるところかもしれませんが、ここは都会に残された昭和の民家。懐かしさを感じさせてくれ、私はそうした外の音も環境音として受け入れられました。時代に置いてけぼりにされた小さな民家、きっと傷みも少なくなかったであろう家に息吹を吹き込んだリフォームやインテリアの工夫に脱帽です。"
