"As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. "The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!"

"Stayed here for my daughter's 16th birthday. Our suite was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very professional and willing to assist with our requests. We are planning to come here for our next family vacation! Unfortunately due to weather, the outside pool was closed the first day. The girls were still able to swim indoors. They have a wonderful shuttle that takes you to the beach area that is set aside for Grande Dune guests. Additionally, they offer valet parking. Just a great place...
