"Affordably priced and excellent accommodations. The rooms were huge with a beautiful view. It is fully stocked with kitchenware (utensils, cups, cookware etc) and a real coffee machine (not KCups). Even has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We could have just stayed and hung out at the resort the whole weekend. One negative thing I have to say about this place is the pushiness of the time share presentation. They really push and push and refuse to take no for an answer. It was overboard. We did not go, because after reading some reviews online - it sounds horrible. But we didn’t go, so it was just annoying- no damage done. Another is the parking. Why are there so many spots for owners? We had to park really far away from our room several times because we aren’t allowed to use an entire half of the parking lot, although the vast majority of these spots were empty. "

"The house is very large with many entertainment areas to spread out and enjoy. All of the 9 bedrooms are pretty equal and have King Beds, and full bathrooms!! Plenty to do very close by for any age group to enjoy."

"Toilet seat in master bath loose. We thought the view of the lake looked better in the picture. Soap in bathrooms not labeled. Few marks on the walls by dining table. Over all experience was good."

"We had 11 of us, 3 kids 5 to 9 and 8 adults. House had plenty of space. The main beds were comfortable but the pull out sleeper beds were not. The pool, which is a plunge pool is really small for this size house. No one even got in it because it was so small, even the 3 kids. The hot tub is a nice feature and was used. Would have been nice to have a TV on the main level living area, main TV was downstairs in second living area. Location is good and place for the most part was clean. We had a great time enjoying Branson as a family. Check in was easy and host communicated ahead of time and really no communication needed after we arrived. Would rate this place a 4 overall. "
