"Hotel in ideal position,5-15 mins from supermarket,restaurants,beach and main square. Bus station is 3 mins walk. Checking was easy. Rooms are ok but could do with a update. Swimming pool/area was well kept. I rented a in-room safe which didn't work (battery needed replacing) went to reception and was offered a security box till it was replaced, it was replaced with-in 2-3 hours. I would stay here again because for the price it is ideal. "

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, hat viel Platz, einen wundervollen Ausblick und alles, was man braucht. Am Anfang hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert, aber das wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden gelöst. Die Dusche hatte entweder sehr heißes oder kaltes Wasser. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war reibungslos und freundlich. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!"

"We were greeted by Tarik upon arrival who carried our suitcase and showed us around the apartment. We were allocated a 3 bedroom apartment when there was only 2 so we had plenty of space. The apartment was spotlessly clean and I cannot find any fault, the view from the rooftop terrace is wonderful, in front you have the sea and behind views of the mountains. The apartment is only a short walk from Puerto and very close to the Loro Parque. We will definitely stay here again and highly...
