"Great location! Very easy access to the beach. Other reviews state that the property needs a little TLC, that is an understatement. We did see that improvements are being made but I would not stay there again unless the unit was completely updated. The cost for two nights was not worth the reward."

"They don’t even deserve a 1 rating!! Would not recommend AT ALL! Pictures are EXTREMELY MISS LEADING TO CUSTOMERS!! This Hotel is a joke! They are under renovations and nothing was mentioned to us. No amenities are working. Breakfast area is dirty and disgusting smells. The floors are dirty, furniture is VERY disgusting and would not sit on it. Our first room smelled of smoke and when called front desk they didn’t believe me and gave me a hard time for another room which also smelled. Comforters, sheets and towels all had brown stains on them. It was a nasty and filthy hotel! Most of all they can’t even get a new American flag! It’s all raggedy and looks 30 years old!"

"Exactly as described. Not fancy, but clean and comfortable. If youre a pillow snob like I am, bring your own. Otherwise everything else was good. My only complaint is parking. Both of my son's came and left on different days due to work schedules so we had 1, 2, or 3 cars there during the week. There's only parking for 1, which was stated at booking. However, for the private beach access, we were only allowed to have 1 card, not one for each vehicle so we either had to all go together (which wasn't feasible on the golfcart) or have someone drop some off and go back and get everyone else. We even tried following each other and after the first person went through, someone getting out and letting the 2nd car through, then got fussed at by security saying we couldn't do that, even though we shared a room. Minor inconvenience. We asked the owner if they had an extra beach chair we could borrow and she brought it within seconds. There was beach towels and toys there which was nice."

"Incredible beachfront location and plenty of room for our group of 25. Space was clean when we arrived. A handful of minor issues that do add up (bathroom fans in a couple bathrooms didn’t work, keypad lock for one side of the duplex was out of batteries, some broken/missing bedroom/bathroom window blinds, lights in one bedroom didn’t work, etc.). Host was communicative"
