"This is an old world charmer of a hotel with lots of history. Excellent breakfast. The congee was a stand out. A hidden gem is the Mayfair pool. Tucked away in a lush courtyard. A quiet place to cool off and relax."

"The check in was a bit slow, and I got sent to the wrong elevator bank, but apart from that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wasn't a big fan of the room, which was quite small, and I couldn't get electronics to work properly. The breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of good amenities, including pool, restaurant, laundry, and gym. The location is nice, close to the river walk, or else not far from the subway."
