"Friendly staff, really nice place"

"I like the staff . They are really helpful."

"Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. Stayed there before; probably will choose another location bcuz of the restaurant lounge evening staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet were very good but dinner buffet was not. Spa is fair. Nothing spectacular. Only one pool available due to construction. Had two Thai massages. The first was amazing with Anna. The...

"Nice hotel, clean, amazing breakfast, and spa options. Beautiful grounds with separate open air hot pools as part of the island... The only annoyance was the staff that was too lazy to do anything. Calling room service was useless, might as well go and find it yourself."

"كان استقبال طاقم الفندق أثاء الوصول سيئ للغايه وعدم التعامل بحرفيه وطلبت منه مساعده ولم يساعدني وكذلك لم يعطني غرفة مناسبة "

"Location, location, location! The InterContinental Budapest is a classy, elegant hotel in an unbeatable location. Everything was spotless, housekeeping was excellent, and the staff was consistently professional and courteous. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended!"

"فندق هاديء مريح مع اطلالة جميلة. لكن احترس من سائقي التاكسي النصابين! فقد يستغل اذا لاحظ انك اجنبي عدم اعتيادك على عملتهم عند وصولك وانك قد تخطيء في قراءة العداد. فبعد وصولي الفندق سألته عن السعر فلم يجب ولكن أشار الى العداد والرقم عليه مربك لكثرة الاصفار وهكذا دفعت المبلغ بعد اضافة صفر جديد الى يمينه"

"Great location, fantastic facilities + helpful staff. The only problem was that (even on the 7th floor with the windows closed] the trams and emergency vehicles on the main road were so loud it made it hard to sleep"

"Clean room"

"Ideally situated on the Buda side near transit and Castle Hill. The room is spacious with touches of old world )exposed brick) and luxury (heated floors). Breakfast is varied and staff are helpful. I would go back!"

"Stayed in balcony suite. Gorgeous! Excellent staff (housekeeping could improve with replenishing basics). Pool and sauna a fabulous element of the stay. Convenient location. Lovely interiors. Breakfast good. Comfy bed and pillow choice. Only wish they offered food beyond breakfast and coffee machine throught the day in the lobby/table areas. Overall had a great stay. Highly recommend."

"Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Has a poor sleep the whole trip. Room amenities were poor and minimalist."
