"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel in Budapest mid June 2026. When we arrived the hotel reception area was spotless and the staff made us very welcome and were extremely helpful at all times throughout our stay. Our room was spacious with plenty of wardrobe space for our needs. The continental breakfast was fabulous with plenty of choice from cold and cooked food. However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel."
