The curtains in the room were terrible. Some strange synthetic fabric. When you touched them, particules were in the air for at least 30 minutes, could be seen in the sun light. It was hard to breathe while trying to sleep. we understood the next day. Our room was reserved as seaview, but we were given back view. We were offered the downstair room as an option when we arrived. we wanted the upper one without seeing it. I saw the downstairs room later, there were bunks in it. It seemed we were offered the least convenient room. There was no sign board on the hotel. It seems just a house. Also, no late check out option was given for even for 1 hour. We put our stuff in the car anyway.

Colazione fai da te in ogni camera, dove si trovano : macchina per caffè e cappuccino in cialde giorno per giorno rinnovate, frigorifero incredibilmente silenzioso con frutta fresca , burro formaggini acqua yogurt e succhi di frutta . Sempre in camera sono a disposizione piatti e stoviglie tazze e bicchieri, oltre a marmellata Nutella fette biscottate e plum cake.. Gentilissimo il proprietario, parcheggio riservato in area privata comodissimo, a qualche minuto dalla spiaggia con bar e lidi .

Giampaolo and everyone else we met were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. I cannot say enough about the hospitality - perfect! We loved the short walk to the gorgeous beach, and that there were quite a few delightful restaurants within a short walk as well. The room was very clean and pretty.

Very nice and modern accommodation. Good breakfist,central location,2 min to the wonderful beach, free parking in front of the hotel.The owner Giampaolo and his ladies are perfect und very friedly hosts.Only the fridge we missed in the room. Excelente experiencia, Gianpaolo es una persona muy amable y honesta, tuvimos un percance con nuestro dinero y documentacion y el se ocupo de todo, tambien de enviar unas llaves por correo que olvidamos de otro hotel. Lo recomiedo, playa hermosas y los dueños naravillosos

В этом небольшом частном доме вас примут как старых знакомых, накормят домашним завтраком, исполнят любую просьбу). Хозяин Giampaolo всегда на связи, милая Мануэлла накрывает завтрак и убирает комнату каждый день, сын хозяина Карло отвёз в аэропорт за нормальную цену. Спасибо им всем за заботу)
