Asunto oli sinänsä laadukkaasti remontoitiin mutta siitä ei oltu oikein pidetty huolta. Koneet toimivat. Viemäri haisi. Ei hissiä ja suomalaisittain laskettuna kolmas kerros. Yhteydenpito ihan onnetonta.
