Location da sogno. Vista mare vera, e che mare ! Stare la sera sul terrazzino a contemplare il mare e poi in camera addormentarsi col fruscio del mare è favoloso! Camera spaziosa con zona giorno separata ed angolo cottura. Bagno spazioso ed efficiente.

위치 굿 주인 매우 친절

트라파니 위치로는 완벽하다. 주인 부부는 친절하고 이탈리안 특유의 사람 기분 좋게 하는 장점이 있으며 주인 안젤리나는 아름다운 미소로 맞아준다. 남편은 우리 무거운 짐을 픽업 뿐 아니라 떠날때 가져다 주기까지 했다. 숙소 바로 1층 식당 도 훌륭 바다까지는 걸어서 2분 숙소 발코니에서 양쪽 바다가 보인다. 부엌 사용이 추가 요금 전혀 없이 사용 된다. 편리 하고 깨끗 하다.

Mooie buitenkant, verder teleurstellend

De buitenkant van het complex ziet er mooi uit, maar de binnenkant van de kamer waar wij zaten was erg bedompt en niet schoon. Voor zowel het parkeren op eigen terrein als ook het gebruik van de keuken moesten we geld betalen. De omgeving van de locatie is erg afgelegen en voelde voor ons niet veilig. Wij hebben na één nacht de locatie verlaten en een ander hotel dichter bij Siracusa en met een ' veiligere' omgeving geboekt.

TOTAL NIGHTMARE. HORRIBLE RUDE SLIMY AND GRASPING

Worst experience ever had. Rude unhelpful man showed us the family apartment at the back of the building looking at the carpark when I had booked and paid for standard studio with pool and sea view. He shrugged, just kept saying it was impossible to have the room Id booked. He said we should find another hotel if we didnt like it. It was 7pm. I insisted on an email guarenteeing a refund which he took ages over. I have just been promised through Hotels.com but this could have ruined our whole holiday

Sehr individuelle schöne Anlage direkt am Meer

Wir haben ganz spontan von unterwegs gebucht! Zuerst sehr skeptisch, da die ganze Gegend hinter hohen Mauern versteckt und kein ansprechendes Restaurant in der Nähe war! Sind dann zur "Pizzeria" etwa 1,5 km Weg gelaufen und recht zufrieden wieder zurück! Die Anlage ist wunderschön angelegt und bepflanzt , mit direktem Zugang zum felsigen Ufer! Hier findet man viel Ruhe und Entspannung !

Increase your cost by 50%. €10 per day to use a fridge / kitchen !! Or €10 p/p per day for a not so good continental breakfast. €10 per day to park a car in an empty car park! Nice views but hotel away from centre of Syracuse need transport Not sure of other hidden add-on costs for other facilities as didn't try them out

Wonderful place for a plunge in the ionic sea

The views from this hotel and the access to the sea are really amazing. If you want to swim and snorkel - from what we could see- it is the best spot in the "capo" where it is located, we had a great time! However, the hotel itself is very basic, with just what is neccesary. It is clean and everything works. The staff was helpful and solved all our inquiries.

Kein Traumhotel, entspricht nicht 4 Sternen

Versteckte Kosten wie Zusatzgebühren für Parkplatz im Hotel Bereich, Gebrauch von Ventilator, Gebühren für TV Benutzung und Endreinigung wurden erst vor Ort bekannt gegeben. Frühstück entspricht nicht dem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Pro Person 10 Euro für ein sogenanntes Continental Frühstück, welches aus in Folien eingepackten Fertigprodukten besteht, war nicht akzeptabel. Herdplatten und Wasserkocher waren verrostet. Durch alte Holzmöbel wurde ein unangenehmer Geruch wahrgenommen.

La Rosa Sul Mare A beautiful disappointment We came to Syracusa in a rainstorm. Driving along the highway from Catania was almost impossible due to the water in the road and the fact that the cars wipers didn’t manage to do the job. So when we at last came to the hotel, we were tired and hungry. Got out of the car and were soaked in just two secs and tried to find the reception. When we found it and got our rooms we were told that the kitchen was closed and there were no food available at all. So we had to get the luggage from the car to our rooms, get back in the car and look for an open restaurant. After a while we found a takeaway pizzeria and got our food and a couple of beers and got back to the hotel. Still wet to the skin, the guy from the reception told us that if we wanted to leave our car under the roof close to the reception, it would cost us 10 € extra. Later in the evening the weather cleared and we got one hour looking out to the wonderful Mediterranean sea, enjoying a drink we had brought with us in the car. So, the Rosa Sur Mare was not what we expected. The rooms had no windows with view to the sea. In fact our room didn’t have a window at all. It felt like staying in a cave. It smelled of mold and was not clean. There were spiders webs in the corners and the bathrooms really needs restoring. They call it a luxurious hotel in their advertising, but we didn’t find anything luxurious about it.

L'hôtel ne correspond pas au photo. Même en payant le wifi ne marchait pas. Réceptionniste de l'hôtel de mauvaise foi - 6€/heure pour le wifi ou 20€/jour mais négociable..... Au final, nous sommes partis pour un autre hôtel. Petit-déjeuner proposé en arrivant n'était pas des produits frais mais des aliments industriels sous cellophane.

chambre très sombre et vieillotte

décus pas d autre mot, bel environnement, assez isolé, confort de la chambre à revoir très sombre et veillot dans l ensemble le rapport qualité prix n'y est pas (113 euros + 2X10 euros petit déj,) le petit déjeuner est hors de prix 10 euros par personne pour un panier préparé la veille avec thé, nescafé, biscottes confiture et gateaux sous vide ne recommande pas cet hotel ou tout au moins pas à ce prix la

Accueil déplorable. Logement vieillot.

L'accueil a été déplorable à l'arrivée de nos clients. Le logement n'est pas du tout conforme aux photos. L'appartement est sombre avec des fenêtres d'un autre temps à 1m60 du sol. L'ensemble de l'hébergement est vieillot. Terrasse sans vue, la vue mer promise est mensongère. Aucune intimité car cette terrasse est sur le passage d'autres hébergements.
