"Great location and staff. Food excellent at La Terasse and at breakfast."

"Room was missing details for a 4 star hotel. Did not have a coffee maker or kettle in the room. Had to ask reception to provide us with two normal glasses and a coffee cups. Smell of damp in the bathroom but other then that room was clean. Breakfast not enough staff to cater for restaurant size. Items take too long to be replace when finished . Indoor pool needs to be warmer as was cold ."

There is a pretty courtyard, and outside area upstairs to also sit. Good breakfast. Again decor lovely as it is in all areas. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location was brilliant. Would stay again and recommend."

"The hotel is really well located for Noto and Syracuse. The car parking is great. The public spaces are big. We were given a large room with a balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel and grounds were well maintained. Lots of coffee at breakfast!"

"The staff was extremely helpful in getting us and our luggage from and to our car. She gave us a printed map with suggestions for the key spots. The location is smack in the middle of the center of Ortigia. Excellent breakfast with the a wide range of options and high quality food. "
