Noisy and no parking

The ad said «Parking included». That is not correct. we were told to find the closest public parking, which was a 20m walk from the apartment, at a cost of 15€ per 24h. At night we were kept awake by partying people in the backyard, and in the morning by carpenters. Apartment was nice and clean, but no parking and heavy noise ruined the experience.
