TV was only usable with youtube as its the only service available that didn't require signing in. No live digital channels available. ...

"The property is in quite area but there is some disturbing foot steps from flat above. The property was clean. However there was no heating due to the boiler had low water pressure. The bins were all over filled, no space for our wastes to put. There were many households things discarded ( like fly tipping) at the left side of the gate outside that doesn't look nice. "
