You can reach the apartment on the 3rd floor by elevator. The bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed (180x200 cm) for restful nights, is separated from the living area by a wall and an open passageway. This allows the living and sleeping areas to be used separately. The living and dining area is furnished with a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a Teufel sound system. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee and capsule machine, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bathroom features a shower, a large sink with storage space, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. A highlight is the large west-facing balcony with a beach chair and balcony furniture, including a small view of the sea. The main beach and the boardwalk are just a few minutes’ walk away. A bakery, grocery stores, as well as cafés and restaurants are located right in the neighborhood. If you’d like to bring your car on vacation, paid parking spaces are available directly in front of the building. Small dogs are allowed in this vacation rental upon request (€10 per pet per day). Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
