Idyllic living in a quiet location

Dear guests,

Huus op Sylt is close to the dune landscape and the North Sea beach. On foot you walk through a small forest directly to the beach (12 minutes). The house is in a cul-de-sac which leads off a quiet side street.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Friedrichstrasse, here you will find bars and shops. The nearest bakery is 3-4 minutes away.

The neighborhood of the many small thatched houses is particularly beautiful. The house has a separate entrance for each apartment.

The apartment is on the upper floor. It consists of a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a small fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher, three rooms of different sizes allow you to rest and live according to the needs of the individual. A double bed, a single bed and a large, comfortable sofa bed enable a comfortable sleep despite the sloping ceilings.

The garden is planted with wild potato roses and autumn anemones, hydrangeas and mallows. A large outdoor seating area for all guests is located on a small lawn with a beautiful view of the neighboring garden with country-style houses and pretty Frisian walls.

The neighborhood consists of several detached houses and really very small guest houses, the traffic is very moderate, the paths are easy to walk in all directions, including the train station.

If you want to hike you can start right from the house in the dune landscapes towards Rantum, here you can always get to the sea through small crossings. By bike you unfortunately also ride on the road which is only partially accessible through bike paths. The low forests of pine and myrtle and birch accompany you all over the island. The hills are beautiful, covered with gorse and heather and also beach grass depending on the change of the season in brown and then bright yellow and pink.
