In the autumn and winter time, the stove provides a homey ambience (firewood must be provided when the fireplace is used). The house has a separate entrance and has a parking space in front of the house. From the house you can reach the center (Friedrichstrasse) in about 10 minutes and the beach in about 15 minutes walk (the beach is about 1.2 km). 56 sqm living space.
