The domicile renovated in 2014 has on the ground floor a spacious living / dining room with LCD flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. and a guest toilet with shower.
In the 1st Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1 single bed, 2 single beds and
 1 double bed), and a large bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
The second floor also offers a Frisian cozy reading / TV room with a pull-out couch. A small shower room is also available there.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. We also have an iron and ironing board ready for you.
You can of course use WiFi and telephone (calls to the German landline) free of charge during your stay.
The well-kept outdoor area offers you a sheltered pleasure on the south terrace with table / chairs, 2 beach chairs and an awning.
A parking space is on the property, others in the immediate vicinity.
The shopping area (Friedrichstrasse) and various beach walks can be easily reached on foot or by bike within a few minutes.
