House Annelore

 

The house Annelore is the smaller, left part of a semi-detached house. It is located in a quiet residential area between Westerland and Wenningstedt, only 10 minutes (walking distance) from the beach.

This charming holiday home will be rented for the first time starting in August 2018 after extensive reconstruction and renovation work.

It can accommodate 2 people. The small house is decorated in a bright, modern design. You can expect a modern feel-good atmosphere with bright plank floor, flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a bathroom made of natural stone, a guest toilet and underfloor heating.

On the ground floor of the house is next to the guest toilet, the nicely furnished living / dining room with adjoining kitchen.

On the first floor there is a small, winding, yet charming bedroom. The bed has the size 160x200cm. The beige bath in the 1st. OG has a sink, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

Due to a slightly lower ceiling height (about 2.06 m) and roof pitches in the 1st OG is the house for very tall people rather not recommended. 

The 2. The upper floor offers with its sloping roof an additional open sleeping possibility with two small beds with the masses 80x200cm. Access is via a steep, ladder-like staircase that is not suitable for small children!
