"I’m from Toronto, Canada, and I flew out to Los Angeles to see Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter tour since, unfortunately, she wasn’t performing in Canada. I had to quickly find a place to stay and came across citizenM Los Angeles, which had great reviews on Google, and thank God I booked with them! They absolutely lived up to my expectations and then some. The staff were incredible! They are super friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick but memorable stay. Honestly, 5/5 feels too low. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would choose citizenM ten times over if they operate in any city I’m visiting. Keep up the amazing work, team citizenM!"

"The location of this hotel and nearby amenities are great and we love the free shuttle to/from the Burbank Airport. We would love it the hotel extended its shuttle service to/from Universal Studios, even for a fee. Of that was the case, we would go even more."
